THE PROJECT
A gentle form.
A grounded presence.
Unnati brings together a sweeping roof edge, recessed balconies and a planted threshold. The curved upper volume gives the home its character, while a darker base and boundary establish a composed relationship with the street.
Warm surfaces, deep shade and tropical planting soften the architecture at close range. From the balcony to the garden, the photographs reveal a home shaped through the relationship between its built edges and everyday spaces.
Restraint in detail.
Expression in form.
A limited palette allows proportion and a few deliberate gestures to carry the design. The extended curve creates a distinct silhouette, balanced by the straight lines of the boundary and the quieter rhythm of the railing.
Planting is woven into the architectural edges. Palms and greenery bring softness to the facade, while timber details introduce warmth to the interior experience.
