THE PROJECT
A considered facade.
A unified expression.
Rajpati Enclave approaches the elevation as a balance between practical requirements and architectural expression. The design brings functional areas into a coherent composition, with a minimal, modern language that gives the building a distinct identity.
Repeating frames, rounded corners and layered balconies create depth across the facade. Glass, vertical screening and warm soffits provide a restrained contrast within the larger composition.
Practical in purpose.

The design statement begins with functionality: accommodating the project’s requirements while maintaining an integrated aesthetic. A consistent architectural rhythm draws balconies, openings and screens together into a unified composition.
