THE PROJECT

Conceived as a composition of light, screened surfaces and planted terraces, this urban building brings a sense of openness to its street edge. A restrained white palette allows the interplay of solid and void to define its identity.

Glazed corners reveal depth within the building, while vertical fins and recessed outdoor spaces introduce a changing rhythm across the facade. Greenery is woven through the stacked volumes, softening the geometry and connecting the building to its landscaped setting.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Clarity in form.
Warmth in experience.

The architectural language is defined by proportion, repetition and shadow. Projecting frames and recessed spaces create a measured sequence of open and enclosed edges, giving the building a distinct expression through simple elements.

Landscape is part of the composition. Trees and planted terraces offer moments of softness within the geometry, bringing the scale of the building back to the experience of the people who encounter it.
