THE PROJECT
A home.
A landscape.
A shared way of living.
Satvika Heights brings together apartment living and spaces for everyday connection. A rhythm of balconies gives the building a layered expression, while planted edges and shared outdoor settings bring landscape into the residential experience.
The rooftop becomes an extension of home: a place to pause, gather and spend time outdoors. The design balances quieter planted pockets with spaces for people to come together.
Room to retreat.
Space to come together.
The rooftop landscape is conceived for both quiet retreats and vibrant gatherings. Planting, informal seating and sheltered areas offer different ways to inhabit the same shared setting, allowing moments of solitude and community to sit alongside one another.
Architecture experienced
at different scales.
From the entrance sequence to the balcony edge, the project moves between the scale of the building and the experience of the individual. Shaded thresholds, layered facades and landscaped spaces give each part of that journey its own character.
